Your Mission‍

As a Senior Unity Game Developer, you will shape the technical architecture of our Unity projects, build modular gameplay systems, and ensure that our growing portfolio of games runs smoothly and scales effortlessly for an expanding player base.

What you’ll do – Build. Scale. Lead.

• Performant development processes: As the first Unity Game Developer on the team, you’ll establish a seamless workflow from prototype to production release, including CI/CD automation (Unity Cloud Build, Azure DevOps).
• Component-based framework: Build a reusable C# library of gameplay components to shorten development cycles.
• Architecture decisions: Define coding standards, versioning models, and leverage modern Unity features.
• Passion for games: Work with the team to develop new titles that stay ahead of trends.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with game design, art, marketing, and QA to deliver high-quality, purposeful features.
• WebGL deployments: Build and optimize games for WebGL to ensure smooth rollouts.

Your Profile

• Unity expert: 3+ years of Unity development experience with deep understanding of the engine’s architecture.
• WebGL experience: Proven track record in releasing and optimizing Unity games for WebGL.
• Cheat security: Skilled in integrating games with backend systems to ensure secure, cheat-resistant gameplay.
• Multiplayer know-how: Experience developing both synchronous and asynchronous (e.g. turn-based) multiplayer games.
• CI/CD & testing: Ability to build automated pipelines and write unit and integration tests.
• Agile & independent: Experience with Scrum or Kanban and a self-driven approach to planning and executing projects.
• Communicative: Clear documentation and regular syncs with the team and stakeholders.
