Senior Web Game Developer (Phaser + AI) (m/f/d)

Location: Remote | Salary: €60.000 – €75.000 p.a.

Your Mission‍

As a Senior Web Game Developer, you’ll help build the next evolution of game development with us: a Game Factory that uses AI to bring top-quality games to life faster than ever. You’ll combine your skills in Phaser, TypeScript, and AI with full ownership from concept to release.

What you’ll do – Build. Automate. Lead.

  • AI Game Factory: Develop the first pipeline that leverages AI to build games faster and more cost-efficiently.
  • Cheat security: Ensure our games run fairly and are fully server-validated.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing to create games for millions of players.

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience with Phaser and web game development.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and backend logic.
  • Experience with anti-cheat systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (code and asset generation).
  • A self-driven, structured way of working with strong ownership.
  • Passion for rapid prototyping.

Nice to have

  • Multiplayer experience.
  • Familiarity with WebSockets, Node.js, Coolify, and REST APIs / Elysia.
